Welcome to Headway Sefton

Headway Sefton is a volunteer-led community for people who have brain injuries. We also welcome friends and family who care for someone who has a brain injury.

The lives of people living with the trauma of brain injury can benefit from finding a support group. Headway Sefton offers a safe space where you can be part of a community to learn new coping skills, reduce isolation and build your confidence.
